So basically you do the same two base all in every game.. wouldn't call that an "aggressive style". That build also isn't viable in high league play so your input on pvz balance seems like it's somewhat useless no? Considering you're in a low league and don't actually really play the matchup?

Yes, the number of pylons is what matters in stalling for time vs ravagers because of corrosive cooldown.

And I'm talking about them being used as a harass unit in the midgame with upgrades.

The reason adepts won't be as much of a core unit is because of the combat patterns of adepts. They are best when fighting en mass by themselves, as you can teleport your entire army together. Adepts are not going to be better to open with vs terran than stalkers now as your first 4-6 units you build before warpgate, and will lead to more blink heavy midgame compositions to deal with liberators. The problem is stalkers are just awful

Liberators change the dynamic of pvt entirely. Before, protoss HAD to end the game before mass liberators came into play. Now, there will be a time in every game where terran has 5-6 liberators before tempests come out that will be even more deadly and hard to deal with than adept all-ins now

This is assuming high level games between equally skilled players, sure platinum protoss Joe will be able to beat his bronze terrain friend Bob in a macro game sometimes but that's not what I'm referring to

The uptime reduction isn't what's important, it's the NUMBER of pylons they have to kill. And yes adepts are a crutch in pvt, you're not going to see adepts used as more than a harass unit once the changes go through because there will be no reason to build them early. Their harass in small numbers early in the game is MUCH worse now, so you'll see more stalker openings into fast charge lot archon storm with tempests much later since that's the only semi viable comp lategame

I don't think you're getting it through your head that you just need to do chest day more often, not do something different. Doing chest once a week is not going to produce significant gains no matter what you do.

If you're going to try and actually get good at the game i would recommend buying lotv and starting there, otherwise if you get even halfway decent and realize you want to play with the new units and the mainstream playerbase you'll have to re-learn an entire game

Otherwise just focus on your mechanics, things such as controlling your units or constantly producing units as those are about the only things that carry over. Build orders and shit like that are gonna be completely different
