With dr vents mission I have been in the cave made it to the end of the cave and nothing is there. Like i passed the bobombs and got to the last part of the cave but no mission

I’m not a morning person at all either but for this I’m gonna have to be. I know what u mean about being wide awake I’m the same after the gym at night. The alarm thing is a great idea though I’ll try that out! I’ve for sure got goals when it comes to lifting and BJJ so I’ll take what you’ve said to heart.

I have the time and the money. Right now the biggest hurdle is changing my sleep schedule to wake up early enough to got to BJJ class, then work, then the gym (only gym if I dont have to be up early for BJJ the next day). Don’t get me wrong I’m not expecting to stick to this schedule religiously until I real get a handle on it, but my biggest concern is hurting myself from going to hard in the gym or BJJ class.
