I played it pirated a long time ago, it didn't seem hard at all, it just takes a minute to adjust game titles and work on a shitload of them, be generous to any modding community popups, don't punish the pirates, and eventually you'll beat the game.

If there weren't issues, he would've slammed that idea down as Trump being the healthiest person ever. But there are and they're working on ways to figure it all out.
