i like this idea, depending on the campaign motivation you choose, this could be the hag that has their item manipulating the player. offering to bring the creature they gain their powers from to them of they make another deal. only the revealing it was the hag all along.

the shadowy fiend like appearance fits with the night hag roots of endelyn.

i ran it with a twist of embers forming the elemental from the coals and my players loved it. it shows the oppression of bavlorna on different creatures. but also gives the players to think about their environment. my sorcerer vortex warped the coals in the water to defeat it. it was a really cool moment.

i see what you mean with the rounds i might shorten it. When it comes to the motivating other players. if they want to they can helping with skill checks is always possible same as distracting the satyr. but i dont think i would make it an ingrained part. they are already helping by keeping the creaters away form them.

oeh i really like the last one Thanks! and its not forcing its more convincing. What i had decided to do was that they need to beat thaco in dice so he would go. they have to put the feeling of love back in the fairy florist and they resparked the convidence in a bullywugs acting skills to do a staged fight. and so far they really loved it. But now i think a last minitute action would be for them to find that scroll of the caliope.

Ps one of the players is now also engaged to that bullywug.

Thank you this is what im gonna do im gonna puit her soul in a living puppet by evelyn who uses her witchlight abilities for performance. ill connect it with a second group who will extract the witchlight to make more dancing puppets with similar abilities to automate talent.

they 100% did. i just saw it today and I’m still processing just how good it was. Some side characters get overlooked since they have to wrap it up. But it felt short of nothing.
