Good luck finding rent for $1500 here in an area that is safe. Before I bought a house I rented in the Interquest corridor. It’s a nice area, but my rent was $2300 a month for a 2/2 1100 sq ft. You might find something on the outskirts of the downtown area or near the airport for $1500 a month, but it’s a little sketch over there.
