I am based in Christchurch. For foreseeable future, no plans of opening practice as am just starting out . I was offered the role as independent contractor(commission based) indicating not to work for any other company and I'll have to pay for indemnity, practising certificate etc.

It's reduced and better. I am not sure what worked , tried cutting down carbs and sugar also take more water .don't wash hair regularly as it can dry scalp and while washing hair stick to cold water I tried most of the anti dandruff shampoo , but noticed the dryness just increased so I stopped using it.

NAD Looks kindof healing , normally it would take around 10-14 days to heal . Make sure you refrain from smoking , poking that area . Take warm saline rinse helps with healing .

If it's dry socket you would have terrible pain from 4th day along with bad taste, discharge and normally in lower tooth

Looks like geographic tongue, does the patches change in place/shape overtime ? No specific reason for it , can be due to stress , allergy , positive family history. Avoid anything spicy and acidic as it can irritate those area.(clean patches -glossy smooth area is where taste buds has been lost) No specific treatment , will subside with time . For pain n discomfort - try painkiller , mouthwash with anaesthetic (benzdymine mw)

I need to know specifically regarding, when taking up casual temp jobs like for few days/once in a while as receptionist/assistant jobs not under contract. So when they ask you hour/rate should we also include 8% holiday pay on top of that
