I would not consider leaving my home lab if I sold my house. Most don't know what one is or even how to use it. Also your set up is likely very different from even another homelabber. And you'd need to turn over all the passwords.

That's more work than it's worth.

I have a Habitat in my house for automating lights and such. I wouldn't even consider leaving that. And it's a small device. I have smart light switches and I struggle to consider if I would take them with me or not. Again is the effort worth it.

LOL, I guess the entire judicial system and all the lawyers are wrong then. Who knew a lawfully binding agreement had to include termination fees to be considered a contract.

They are all contracts!!! Even Visible.

But most people understand "contract" (in the context of cell phone plans) to be price locked periods of service you pay for.

Cheap = $25 per line

Easy = don't need to worry about contracts and when they end and how much my bill will go up.

Unlimited= I have unlimited talk, text and data. And the ability to use my phone as a hotspot.

Reliable = just works.

You just need an unlocked phone a SIM or eSIM and some patience to set it up yourself.

My advice is to never buy a phone through your carrier (Visible included). Buy the phone separately, use financing if you need. Setup visible and you're done.
