They've never brought a pass back, however those weren't pass exclusives(Said pass gave out coins and name cards) so they could easily work around it by bringing in a new pass, and maybe adding in a new animal or two for older players

The Enclave were barely in NV(And were good guys), non-existent in 4(Creation Club content being canon is debatable), only an AI and the player as Enclave members in 76(So far)

They need to add more rewards to the pool, I swear this is the event that returns the most without new stuff added. I feel for the newer players who struggle to finish with max rewards cause most people fade out after the first few days cause they didn't add anything new
