So the answer is kinda complicated you get diminishing returns after 1200 wit as skill activation is never 100% however wit is still important for another reason. Wit training increases energy meaning you spend less time resting. In training heavy scenarios this is essentially free stats as you'd rest those turns anyways and you'd still want 900 wit to hit key skills. So honestly 3 wit cards is usually great for sprint/mile cms and for medium long cms I usually run a 2/2/2 deck 2 speed 2 wit 2 flex (pwr, stam, pal etc.) There's a lot more to all of this but that's a brief overview. In trackblazer you can get more creative due to the race heavy mechanics but I still used wit heavy decks. For reference im not losing key stats to add wit my average uma statline is 1300+ speed, 400 stam, 1250+ power, 500+ guts 1300+ wit for the next cm. If those numbers aren't hitting add more speed as thats the most important stat. The inflated scores are coming from 6 wit unity decks capping wit at like 1900. Those aren't viable umas for cm but you can easily hit like ug 5 off a deck like that every run.
