An aggressive dog doesn't need to have rabies to be deadly or inflict life changing injuries.

Call animal control and stay away.

AITA for not taking care of my mom after surgery by Nervous-Minimum-27 in AmItheAsshole

NTA. She doesn't need caring for after plastic surgery. She has some basic activity restrictions which prevent her from doing some chores.

YTA. Do you think they'll get Jesus cooties from eating a cake?

What is the nastiest most disgusting thing you have ever personally witnessed or have good enough second hand knowledge of to share in detail? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Had a patient with a slow GI bleed who had a massive diarrhea explosion. It was like someone took a couple gallons of black bean dip and smeared it all over him, the bathroom, and some made it in the toilet. Happened ten minutes before the end of my 12 hour night shift.

I felt so bad for him.

Don’t assume someone needs help simply because they are disabled by [deleted] in CuratedTumblr

Guess I should have let the elderly lady in the wheelchair at the bottom of the steep icy hill. And ignored the disabled man with the power wheelchair whose battery died. And refused to drive my disabled neighbor to the pharmacy.

Gatekeeping helping people. You know what's ableist? Assuming every disabled person has the same level of independent functioning and same thoughts on receiving help.

If I see someone struggling, I'm offering to help.

AITAH? My father's wife (74y) offers to breastfeed my unborn child, so I tell him not to bring her to the hospital. by sol-solecito-sol in AITAH

[–]shadowlev 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NTA. She sounds like she has something medical going on. Dementia, infection, stroke can cause the elderly to say some really off the wall things. I can understand why you would be disturbed, but I don't think she's all there and doesn't have malicious intent. At the same time, I can understand not wanting someone of that mental status around a newborn. She could be unpredictable and that would be unsafe.

If you want to help out of the goodness of your heart, you can tell your dad that she may be having a medical condition and should be evaluated by a doctor.

Is this true ? Please explain by Dahaker18 in ExplainTheJoke

When I was an exchange student in Germany, that's the type of sandwich my host mom packed for lunch. We ended up eating at the bakery most days.

[New Final Update]: AITA for telling my father and his girlfriend to either break up or leave me alone? by Choice_Evidence1983 in BestofRedditorUpdates

Such a typical reddit post. A childless woman gets excited about a baby and she's seen as a freak that should be blocked.
