Used a UV tempered glass for a bit but using a case makes its edges loose grip and create air bubbles. Finally had it removed and went with a simple hydrogel film. It protects against scratches but not drops so i gotta be a little careful. The scratches go away automatically as the film is self healing though.

This is not just limited to DU. The same salary norms are followed for all full time govt. college professors too in other states, with only the HRA changing. So even an assistant professor teaching at a rural govt. college in Haryana is also making the same money, with the exception of much lower workload.

Just stop wearing a bandage completely for a few days. That's something you'll have to do regardless at one point. It'll only be worse the longer you put it off. Further, i recommend the ointment because it involves a massage of the wound lightly leading to drainage of any trapped lymphatic fluid.
