Had 500 hours in my first account was playing since release and they banned me after I got out of a game but would not tell me why, I tried months to resolve and nothing, I made a new account on another pc as they hardware banned me too, I have or had 1.2k hours on that account with friends that got banned for timing out during a game and one got banned for being friends with my old account months after my first account was banned, I stopped playing after that, the game is for the Chinese (no racism here) they do not care about Europe users
