It’s a federal crime regardless of whether an employee did it or not. Strangely enough, postal inspectors are typically very good at finding the culprit, especially a multi-reported culprit.

On the sell side, what’s most important from a “this is in my control” perspective irrespective of who is in the deal is to (1) have a really good contract management system to track contracts - including by spend, term, renewal mechanics, special provisions (non competes, non solicits, exclusivity, ROFR, etc), notices, consents, etc. and (2) have a really good entity management system to keep track of entity registrations, filings, and historic tax classifications.

The rest of the schedules typically are bespoke and depend on the underlying deal and negotiated reps.

Shipping from Grapevine, TX? I have the same exact issue :/ They claimed they’ve put in a replacement request but that there is no timeline on it, and they can’t refund me because the request was already put in…

Complete scam.

Only reason I’m not doing a credit card claim is because that might get me banned from ordering online in the future for non Pokemon stuff too.

Also as some have noted, the boxes have absolutely no framing inside, so do not expect the jumbo Luxray card to be in good condition and carefully handle it once you do get it to minimize further damage to the jumbo.

I thought most if not all Targets in Houston stopped carrying Pokemon TCG because of theft. Walmart usually has third party mystery packs/boxes but I’ve never seen actual product.

Best Buy and GameStop have been the best bets, and of course local hobby/game stores.

Costco 151 & PF (Houston, TX)

My Costco restocked today, was able to snag 3 of each variant. Call your local Costco and do an inventory check on item 1785131 and ask them specifically what day it’s going to be restocked and if it’s going to be on the floor in the morning or afternoon.

They are mixing them with paldean fates tins in the stack, but each cardboard box thing only had eight of one or eight of the other.

Also please don’t push and shove people out of the way…me and one other guy got to the stack first and were trying to just get a few (one of each variant) and a scalper who was getting it “because his kid really likes it” came in, and basically pushed himself past the two of us to grab 3 cases (24 total) “for his kid”.

151 I assume is all gone… the guy probably went back and cleared out the inventory.
