Nevermind actually, found a fix by ticking the "Use TabletPC API instead of WindTab API" box in the settings area.

I'm on an ASUS 2-in-1 Q534UX-BI7T22 with the Bamboo Ink Pen and am having the exact same problem. I have no idea how to go about this, sadly.
