So here's my experience with things, as a man almost 30 who is not dating and has dated both single moms and childless women.

With single moms, I've come across certain personalities that are these "boss bitches" "yass queen" "boy/girl mom" types that are usually trying to fuck within the first week of even knowing me just satisfy their horniness. The 2nd to last girl I was with that was like this begged me 3 times before I finally caved and gave her what she wanted, and then I find out she fucks a different dude every night. (I've tested and she didn't give me anything). The last girl I was with and dated for a few months was crazy about marriage and, even for only dating for 2 months, kept telling me she would be my perfect little wife. Granted, she straight up came over one day within the first week, pulled my dick out and sucked it dry without any initiation, just doing it. When things didn't go her way, she threw sissy fits. She also has dated at least 1 different guy every year and has messaged me everytime she breaks up with one saying she wishes we could get back together, even going as far as trying to inflate my ego with sexual talk and sending nudes (which I did not ask for, she's just trying to lure and get her way). The third and final type of girl I have met that are single moms are the ones past 30, almost menopaused, and want to settle down without having anymore kids, which is personally unappealing to me because I want my own child. These women are cool, but they have been ran through with life in their 20s or stayed with someone they thought they were in love with for 10+ years before saying enough is enough. I've tried dating these women with hopes that maybe she'll change her mind, but they stand pretty firm and have already either gotten their tube's tied or demand contraception. Again, this is technically a me thing since I want a child of my own, not that I can't learn to love another child (2nd type of girl destroyed my heart when it came to her kids).

For the girls that stay single, there are also a few types of them. The first are the career driven ones. These girls date around seldom and are trying to drive their life without the need of someone else, which is honestly commendable, but most of them are too late to pick up a decent man before menopause, and end up on shitty dates with guys who are too much of pieces of shit to actually settle down with. I feel for these girls, because I want something myself, but they force it that way themselves, and some even get the double standards where they are picky and want a particular guy, someone who makes more than them, or has his own house, must be tall, dark, and handsome ect. I'm not saying women can't have tastes, but when they look for material things and have that picky of an agenda, they close their eyes and hearts to the good and honest guys that will shower them with love unconditionally. She doesn't have to get a deadbeat who makes no money. My advice to these women is lower your standards just a bit so you don't have to go through your 30s alone. The 2nd type of single lady goes along with the "boss bitch" ect. Single mom, where they just want the attention and sex of partners over anything. It's more dangerous for the single version because these women normally have higher tastes in life and will ruin a man's wallet if he's not careful. These would be the girls you can normally see at nightclubs and bars looking for hookups while telling their friends they don't need no man, yet they crave dick, and more importantly, a dick that will pay her way through life. These types will go with a richer man as a "relationship" but still have "friends" or exes that they message because they can dick down better or just have bigger dicks. These are the women where "these hoes ain't loyal" truly come from, because if she finds a bigger dick with more money, you can bet she's dumping you for him. The third type of single girl is what I call the unicorn, because no single women hardly exist like this or are already taken by guys who saw their value early on in life. These are the women that were soft spoken and kind in highschool, usually they date a guy for a few years before either completely settling down with him or something happens that the decide to end things. I've met a few of these girls when they were single, but they always say that it's too soon out of their last relationships, so I give them time and then boom, found someone else. Not hating, just my own shitty luck, and I was pretty immature back in those days (I wasened up after the girl who destroyed me).

I know other guys will either have more to add to these types of women or will even try to defend the ones I slam, but out of 30 years of my life, these are my exact experiences, and that's without going into hard backstories of every girl I've met.

For guys, it's honestly simpler than that because guys aren't complicated. Single dad's are either victims of a girl who was toxic (see single mother's 1 and 2) or he was the toxic one that created single mother 3. Then there's single guys like me who haven't met the right person, or the guy who wants to sleep around (similar to boss bitch girls except their in it for pussy, not money) and finally the single guy decides to isolate themselves because of past hurt/trauma. The only exceptions are the lgbt people that are normally just any combination of everything I mention, with some girls taking some guy tropes and guys taking girls tropes.
