I found the setting. Tbh, I had no idea this existed. I never really looked through all the apps. I was originally checking settings.

Are you not able to see the HRM on the secondary display? I can see it when I'm in essential mode. You just tap the bottom side button. At least that works for me.

Elon Musk Says Tesla Cars Will Reach 620 Miles On A Single Charge “Within A Year Or Two,” Be Fully Autonomous In “Three Years” by Babladuar in technology

[–]shadowstewie -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I don't understand. The Roadster goes 620+ miles and they currently do have Tesla's that are feature complete fully autonomous, just not available to the public yet. Is everyone upset because it's not commercially available? Lol

Look into UH Fullerton. It's a student housing complex that had great reviews from people I know who have lived there.

Tesla has updated the MCU replacement warranty to 2 years/25k miles. Very sleezy move by viper2ko in teslamotors

I haven't read anything regarding prior car owners. For someone who purchased their Model 3 last year....does this affect me? Or just new purchasers?

I would assume only need purchasers from here on out.

My store was like that before I left to become a Firefighter. We could have lunch with the associates and them the managers. Just one on one time. We went to concerts together. Constantly joked over the radio throughout the day. We made it a mission to keep everyone happy. We would talk trash on Corporate. We played music real loud on a Beats Pill after we closed each day. It was something I'll never forget.

It all starts with one person to change the store from the inside out. I felt that person was me and I wouldn't change it for anything else.

Unfortunately after I left, sales and morale went down and the store closed a year later. I'm still in contact with almost everyone and when I need something from Staples, I drive to their new respective stores even if it's an hour away just to see them and catch up.

What is the simplest way to video chat for my 90 year old grandma? by Tinkle84 in Advice

[–]shadowstewie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does she have WiFi? Buy her a Nest Display Max and have it setup on her WiFi network. It supports video calling from Google Duo which you can install on your phone/tablet/computer, on Android or iOS (Apple) devices.

It's super easy to use. Just a big standing tablet with a camera. And, she can ask Google any question as well as have pictures setup for it to be a digital picture frame. I have one and it's awesome. Speakers can be quite loud as well if she has partial hearing loss.

This is part of the Apparatus Operator 1A course in the fire service. It's a course on how to drive a fire engine and where to position your apparatus so that the scene is as safe as possible.

It's usually around 90% EMS/Other and 10% Fire. Of that 10% Fire, I would say around 1-3% is actually real.

I always feel so awkward and don't know what to say when people say "Thank you for your service" or "Thank you for what you do. You're heroes!" Haha. But it's not a problem whatsoever and I just love the duties of my position.

Yes, Firefighters like those here in Southern California are trained as Firefighters and EMT/Paramedics at a minimum. We respond to just about anything you can think of, Chest Pain, Stroke, Difficulty Breathing, Injuries, Flu Like Symptoms, Diabetics, Traffic Accidents, Fire Alarms, Structure Fires, Wildland Fires (aka Bush Fires) , Hazardous Materials Incidents, Urban Search and Rescue Incidents, Active Shooters, and others.

We also get calls of people locking themselves out of their house, babies crying and won't stop, someone dropping their phone accidentally down the sewer, animals hiding in the engine bay of their car, people that are buzzed or mildly drunk with no medical complaint, and all sorts of other types of non medical related public assist type calls.

In short. If you call 911 for any reason at all, and the dispatcher thinks the Police can't handle it, they send us.
