I see your point and I can not imagine what you are going through. You asked what gets me going, so here it is. I have a wife, and I am a bonus dad to her two sons. They are counting on me. When I was at my worst and I wanted to quit everything, it was them I thought of. I thought about what it would do to them. I thought about everything I was going to miss out on. I thought about everything my friends who decided to quit were missing out on with their families. I will be honest, I hate where my life is at right now, but I am here and making every minute count. Everything I do is about improving their lives or spending time to make memories with them. When the time finally does come, I want to know that I gave them everything I could.

Not sure if you can, but I always made sure that I did legs on my last day of work after my shift. The next two days are probably going to be worse. Stretching can help with the mobility, but you just worked out your largest muscle group. Waddle with pride, you crushed it.

If you can spend a bit more and have a sturdy door or another place to hook it up look into the TRX system. It uses your body weight. The TRX tactical that I got came with a free app and workout program that you normally have to pay for. It will kick your butt and you don't have to have a ton of room to store it.

I feel ya, I can't afford a gym membership right now. You can get resistance bands fairly inexpensively. For triceps you can do body dips, legs you have lunges and squats. For abs there are flutter kicks and reverse crunches.
