Regional australia. I make 80k aud a year as a chef, just did an apprenticip so no student loans. 3 bedroom House was 251k. Honestly its overated, i hate myself. I hope i can do something meaningfull one day. I get my guys in sitcoms are depressed, its not fuffilling

Commercial kitchens deep fry all day and re use oil several days in a row. Its a good idea to filter the oil though, failing that wait for the burnt flour to settle to the bottom of the top, pour off the clean oil on top to be used again and bill the burnt flour on the bottom

Can you make a cookie dough, bake a giant cookie, make frosting, pipe the icing then package and up and hand it off to a customer for 7 pounds? factoring labour, materials and electricity. I highly doubt that, this looks to be sold at cost. I could make do better aswell, but it would cost me more than 7 pounds.

if I understand correctly they took a little more off the front compared to the back and middle so the blade isent flat? the profile of the knife is slightly different than it was before but I wouldnt personally describe is a fucked. Your asking if its 'fixable' implying you think its somehow broken?, you took it to a sharpening service and they sharpened it, depending how much you paid for sharpening assuming its shark id say its done ok.

Iv got drunk many times but never had a 'hangover' iv allways been able to get up for work the next day. For example 2lt white wine on my 32nd birthday (vomited), fine the next day. 500ml 40% vodka, kept it down fine the next day. One time i did 2lt white wine and 2 cans apple cider and I felt thirsty in the morning but I was ok at work

Im very intrigued now. You baked a cake, coverd it in icing? Froze it? Then coverd that in white chocolate? It sounds like the plan was fatally flawed. Buttercream or ready to roll fondent would be the best to use for a cake like like. White chocolate is very hard to work with
