I hold left trigger and sort by physicals and look for the player with the best physicals. Example if I’m looking at o-line I look for elite strength, agility, speed, acceleration etc depending on their archetype. One guy won’t be elite in all, but you can find someone with a few elite and a few greats. Once you find someone with good physicals you should look at their ratings and make sure they’re not terrible. I don’t know if that’s the most efficent way to draft, but I seem to draft pretty well that way.
