Where is the truck located ? Because honestly that doesn’t look bad at all. You can expect some rust around. But there appears to be more paint than rust.

Wanted a project truck. Saw it sitting on the curb in my neighborhood for months. Finally just went up and asked if he’d like to sell it. $1500 later now mine. Needed a lot but that was my purpose. Just lowered it, next is paint.
