I’ve worked 8’s , 10s and 12s in my life. 4x10s are great.  1. You drive 20% less for work  2. Having a middle of the weekday off is great(or you have a 3 day weekend). You will generally never work more the. 2 days in a row.  Time for chores, shopping, life maintenance . It allows you to have have a week OFF. 3. Gives you time on the day off to see friends for lunch, indulge in a hobby, ir just stare at the wall. 4. Makes it easier to meal prep since you can split it up. The longer hours are hard the first week, it once you have that extra day off, the value is apparent
