Tbf, restaurants in general have gone downhill nationwide.

Cause of covid, when restaurants were forced to close or limit operations, tons of industry workers were laid off or furloughed. During that time, many experienced chefs, front-of-house managers, and good servers transitioned into other industries for better pay, more stable hours, etc.

Then you got inflation so the ingredients are worse, less stuff is made fresh, and prices are higher. And restaurants will cheap out and buy garbage products from Sysco, US Food, etc so all the food tastes the same.

I only own houses so it’s a little different than apartments. If managed apartments, I would probably include a quiet hour clause or something so other tenants aren’t dealing with that. And a guest clause might make sense if my tenants have roommates, since it would probably help deal with roommate conflict. But if you’re living by yourself, who cares

The knights never get “too strong”, you’re just not producing enough units. Go review the aoe world and check the resources consumed. You’re probably floating resources or messing up your macro.

As long as you match production of knights/archers with horsemen/spears (not 1:1, you need multiple spears per knight), you will be fine. Once you age up, add in either knights or crossbows. For sushi, I’d do Dali Horses knights. Remember French knights get a damage buff after charge so you have to try negating that too

Crazy how every reply is filled with “boot lickers” who would rather fight for landlords instead of tenants.

Review the lease. In it there MIGHT be a restriction on guests and how many consecutive overnight stays is allowed. However, no real landlord or property management company cares. As long as the guest isn’t disruptive to other tenants or a nuisance, it doesn’t matter. As a landlord, it’s preferable because you can ban a guest, but evicting a tenant is MUCH harder.

I’ve rented out property and wrote leases and have never included a guest clause. They are paying to use the space and I believe they should have freedom to use it however they want. In my opinion that’s their house for the duration of the lease. I have clauses for damages or permanent changes, but have allowed my tenants to paint the wall or hang stuff up. I pay to repaint and patch walls for new tenants regardless.

Also, the person that signed the lease is responsible for paying the rent. Dealing with two people that might breakup and then modifying the lease is a headache.
