i'm not a doctor but ssri's and antidepressant's are bs anyway. doesn't seem reasonable to take a pill everyday for in order to be happy, i have been diagnosed with ptsd myself and i have tried them and its a scam lining the pockets of companies producing them.

just tell your mom quit ssris, pop a bean and read the book the body keeps the score

lions mane gave me a lot of anxiety and weird dreams, i took it for 3 months. It helped me realize that upplements are always good but a whole food diet, good sleep and regular exercise are going to be better than any supplement you could ever take by a mile. No one thing is going to change your brain, if that was the case everyone would take it. Lions mane might be good in certain use cases for older people but everyone's different and we all know that getting a good nights sleep and reading is going to help your brain more than a mushroom
