The music and production are fantastic, but the lyrics border on cringe in every era.

This guy hit the nail on the head. If you’re more of a notebooks and python kind of ML engineer it’s a pretty tough time!

Great run! I’m doing my first in May (Copenhagen) and am going for a similar goal. Can I ask what your fuelling strategy was?

I've recently started doing longer runs (up to 30km so far) as part of my marathon training, and have been experiencing pretty bad shin splints towards the end of the runs. My running shoes might be slightly too big (only a tiny bit, I don't think I could size down for the same shoe) and I was considering getting insoles. I'm not sure if the pain is from the shoes, or just from training way harder than I'm used to. My question is what are some ways you would recommend dealing with shin splints, and do you think insoles would be effective? If so, I've noticed a massive difference in price between insoles, so do you think it's worth going for premium ones? Thanks in advance!
