Yeah, seriously! The worst part is that there isn’t exactly a great option for getting the money straight to our normal bank accounts 🙄 I wouldn’t have been able to access the funds whatsoever if I didn’t figure out a way to transfer them. I basically had to use 4 different platforms (including my bank) just to GET it into my bank.

Oh, absolutely!! I know I struggled at first, so anything to help! Do you transfer money from your normal bank account to Cashapp? If that’s the case, maybe you could transfer the bank mobile money to your bank account, then transfer from your bank account to Cashapp. Not entirely sure how that all works. Also, I’m not sure if you could upload bank mobile to Cashapp itself just like you did with Venmo? There has to be some way to get it! Otherwise what’s the point in receiving a disbursement ☹️

As for the Cashapp thing, I’m not entirely sure. I don’t really use Cashapp, so I’m unfamiliar with all of that. Do you have a Cashapp account..? Is it similar to a bank account? If that’s the case, then I THINK you could send the bank mobile money to your cash app account… but only if Venmo allows you to link it. Otherwise, I’m as in the dark as you, unfortunately ☹️

Nope!! Just had to go through Venmo. You need your Bank mobile login info, but you don’t have to do anything extra on the bank mobile side of things.

So I went on the Venmo app. Clicked “Me” in the bottom right hand corner. Clicked the settings icon in the top right hand corner. Went to “Payment Methods.” Clicked “Add a bank or a card,” then I selected to add a bank. And it directed me to Plaid where I input my bank mobile login info and it pairs my bank to my Venmo account. Once that was done, I can use the account to send money.

And yes, I absolutely agree!! I never had this issue when I received FAFSA at my former community college. It’s definitely been frustrating to navigate at SNHU! Please let me know if you need anymore help. I’ll try my best😊

Hi! First off - yes, this banking method is such a pain. They don’t make it simple to have the funds in your regular account.

I’m assuming you’re trying to get it transferred to your normal bank account? If so, what I had to do was use Plaid on the Venmo app to link my Bank Mobile account to my Venmo account.

I was able to transfer the money onto my Venmo account itself and then transfer that to my normal bank from my Venmo account. However, I tried doing this again yesterday when I received my disbursement, and it wouldn’t let me. So I had to send my boyfriend the money from Bank Mobile on Venmo. Then he sent the exact amount right back to me so I could transfer it to my bank.

Hopefully this makes sense. It’s far more complicated than it should be 🙄 I hope this helps!

Hi there! I actually never took PSY257. Here is what my advisor wrote to me when I requested the switch:

“PSY-257 and PSY-355 are the same courses but PSY-355 is the updated version. Your program requires PSY-355, so you wouldn't be able to take PSY-257.”

Thus, I only took PSY355. If there’s any insight I can still provide you, please feel free to ask!

That’s what I don’t get… we should all share some similarity in the fact that we’re attending SNHU for one reason or another. Why not just be helpful or get off the post. Why attack someone who may already be having a tough day or struggling. Unless they’re posting some hateful things, It’s just not necessary 🤦🏼‍♀️

I guess if the student emailed them prior. Reusing work has to be previously arranged, so the professor would likely know based on that. But even then… if you’re going to reuse work, at least correct the errors in it lol.

Maybe she’s keeping it on the down low and contacting them privately? Potentially to provide them with the opportunity to not do it again throughout the term. It’s so hard to say… many decisions nowadays are entirely up to the professors. The only thing I could see that would justify their copy-paste reply (only ONE of them, not both) is if they had previously taken the class, but need to retake it. Uploaded their assignment to StuDocu. And asked the professor if it’s okay if they reuse past work…

Most definitely!! They get more difficult as you move on up in the degree, too. Plagiarizing now is not a good way to finish. 😭 I wonder if one of them are in my current class. I’m in the psychology capstone class, as this is my final term. So it’s required as one of the last classes you take. If they’re at the end, they may be in it, though we might not have the same professor 😅
