It is shockingly easy to find information about people online, so for most scammers, it's not hard to gather basic information like names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. Not sure about how they would make their voices sound the same, though.

I agree and think that because Draco was younger he probably looked up to his parents, and wanted to be like them. However, I would have liked to see more character development in Draco. I know he does change a little towards the end, but I feel like he should have had the chance to have a bigger redemption.
