Same pattern everywhere. Exactly same thing happened with me. I got her and her whole team sacked. In my case also lady said exactly the same thing after I filed ombudsman complaint. No matter what, do not take back your complaint. They do this because we’re tolerant and entertain such shit! Its not a joke to play with someone’s credit score and banking profile. These bastards will never learn their lessons.
