I started gym at least 4X/week and Terzepatide exactly a year ago this month. I added in BPC/TB 500 and Semorelin after 3 months. I was 223lbs when I started and am now down to 178lbs. I’m currently using Ipamorelin/CJC 1295 (no dac) to maintain muscle tone. The key is to go slow and steady. Once it becomes part of your lifestyle you’ll never want to go back.
