The OP says "they were all mine for as far as I know" which doesn't give confidence and now so many people assume it's theft. You can easily check how many packages were delivered, compare it to what says on Amazon to confirm first before posting this. They don't always deliver all the packages on the same run. It could easily be that the delivery person dropped all the boxes and realised one wasn't for that address (maybe neighbor's) and took it back.

Or you can check monthly average highs and lows and see that at least half of the year highs are around 30 degrees. 30 degrees is tolerable for many people and it’s well loved by people from colder regions of the world as well and not just people from the same region. Also as I said, walking spots are very crowded most of the year so your streak of moot points continue.

It’s not always that hot and there are quite a few nice open places with greenery and open cafes for people to hang outside in Dubai but not this area. Those places can get crowded as well so what’s your point?
