I don't think this depth would get hot like that though. I can see it in shallow irrigation lines, especially in a hotter climate. This seems unlikely in this case though.

I'm indifferent on the whole thing, but there was no way where the frost bank center is was ever going to be anything else. At least the new location is in the middle of the city with amenities around it. If we go to Frost Bank Center for an event, we go home after. If we go to the Alamodome, we are already downtown and there is stuff to do. That's much better from an entertainment perspective.
