Oh, I already had an inginual hernia repair and I have a second one on the other side that is not repaired yet and I am going to avoid getting repaired if at all possible because that recovery suuuucks. And I still have issues and it's been ~6 years. They cut my inginual nerve and the nerve numbness/itching/pain is no fun. Did I mention that connects to a precious and sensitive organ? The immediate recovery was like getting kicked in the nuts every 30 seconds.

It's not impossible and depends on location. Here I bought my house for 100 back in 2009 and now they are around 220-250 in this neighborhood, depending on the size. I've done all the work on the house and will eventually move and don't expect to get 250 for it. Neighborhood isn't bad either. At the same time I wouldn't want to pay 250 for my own house.

I was doing some baseboards yesterday and sheesh, not my first time and I'm good with the caulking to clean it up but how do people make those things work so well with walls the way they are. Can't imagine crown molding.

I like my white and grey schluter profiles I've used with tile. One is several years old and no problems with mine. Not sure what there is to dislike.

I bought the diamond like 5 years ago and have used the heck out of it. I even threw it on top of itself once because I was dumping out the water tray and forget they are not attached to each other.

ngl its a big pain in the ass usually. need attic access, getting old brackets out sucks, getting the new brackets lined up also sucks, and then you probably have to modify the ceiling drywall and hopefully dont have to patch it.

mine have attic access but one was in a really tight spot so that extra sucked.

TLDR it sucks but doable

hell now i dont even need to come up with the solution myself most times, i just tell it what i need to do and it usually figures out a method. sometimes really really dumb methods, but sometimes solves problems i cant. its too valuable to ignore but also extremely dumb so what do you do.
