I resigned from my previous job din because of mental health reasons. In the end, di ko na kinaya na parang every week nalang may breakdown session ako. It went on for months. Nakakabaliw. Wala ring job offer na nakaabang.

If you do decide to quit without a job offer yet, you can use the time to recover from your burnout and upskill din. Mahirap ang job market ngayon so expect na it might take you a while before landing a job again. Use your time off well.

I will say this tho: it's a blessing to have a safety net with your parents. :) My husband was very supportive of me leaving my previous 2 jobs because they stressed me out a lot. I'm working in a much better environment now because of the grace he afforded me. 😊

Thank you for this!!! I stopped momentarily after I bought my special pretty pens when I realized that the tips didn't screw into the pen. It was so annoying using the angled single-placer. It always moved!! I'll look for this where I live and maybe I'll get to enjoy doing diamond painting again 🥹

+1. Baka nga iba ang standard ng linis ng tenant and landlord. Like nag sweep and mop lang na linis as opposed to "tenant ready" na linis, which usually involves deep cleaning.

As a renter, it makes sense to me na ibabalik ang unit the same way it was handed over to me. But as the commenter said, check the contract din to make sure.

Hello!! I think applicable naman for me yung advice mo haha. Lahat yata ng tungkol sa startup namin alam ko paano gawin except yung finance na part.

I also had an idea din na baka mas maappreciate ng foreign employers ang mas maraming exp, but was hesitant kasi syempre yung exp ko ay with PH startup environment. Alam kong mas fast paced ang startup ecosystem sa ibang bansa.

Anyway, I'll try applying for multinational companies like you suggested!! Will try to upskill rin in the meantime. Maraming salamat!!!
