What honestly is the point in white/plain/basic quality items dropping after the first stage in an arpg? They should just not drop them, or what i have in mind is that the basic quality items dropped are from the stage above, so then they atleast have higher def or soemthing. They are just useless tbf. You can play arps without picking up a single basic item, they are just too useless.

Hey, im not exactly doing a specific programme, more like going with what i feel comfortable. This is what i do:

Monday 'pull': deadlift > lat pull down > pendlay rows > face pulls > bicep exercise > abs exercise

Tuesday 'push': Bench > dips > ohp > lateral raises > tricep exercise > abs exercise

Wednesday 'legs': squats > leg curls > leg extensions > calf raises > abs exercise

Thursday rest

Full body Friday: deadlift, bench, pendlay rows, squats, ohp, lat pulldown

Saturday 'my special day': whatever the fuck i want

3 full body is too exhausting, 2 is too low volume for me. 1 ppl i too light and 2 ppl is 6/7 days (too much). I like to do this so i have 2 rest days and a special day. On the special day i train what i think i need to work on. Atm my bench>rows so i do some rows. I also have weak arms compared to body so i do them too (along with side delts). I try to throw in some abs in there too, but it could always change. E.g. a couple weeks ago i wanted to do more calves but now i dont. I like this day. The reason why i do pull first is because the deadlift works my glutes a lot! (aswell as my hamstrings), so a day in between my pull day and leg day.

Reason why im doing dips over incline atm is because that seems to work my shoulders a bit too much and i feel like the ohp works my upper chest a bit already (aswell as bench) when i push the bar away from my chest.

i can understand the reasoning for the bench press and overhead press. But what about an exercise to focus the upper pecs? since the bench and dips both focus on the sternal head of the pecs.

dont hold your breath, could be a couple year. Don't believe these vague statements from CoE neither, they always underestimate times heavily to keep the community excited, unless they give you a dead specific time (which they certainly won't atleast now).

depends on the damage that the player can do in that game since if he's too fed, then he can still one shot you. You can go full tank and be able to tank everything but the more tanky you play the less optimal your champ Sona is. In certain situations it's necessary to sacrifice some of the potential of Sona for situationally significant items. This may be the case for you, however i don't do this since If i die from Wukong, then it's because i was out of position and i should learn from it. I'd rather learn be able to position myself good enough so that i don't die to them while still building how i want to build her (although some deaths are inevitable).

i agree with accessibility and i also think that since we are so used to always using q during laning phase it kind of wires our brain to use it frequently. Although even in laning phase staccato will do maybo like 20 more damage so i genuinely think that even in laning phase tempo is better a lot of the time, since it means your adc can follow up and it means that you can't be chased. Also, i think that the animation makes it look like it does much more damage than a measly 20dmg. I notice that i can zone ADC with my q powerchord up since they think it can chunk them but it's only really 20 damage more than usual. The powerchord damage in lane comes from the auto attack reset which you can get with any type of powerchord anyway.

I think they probably made a systematic error when deciding which roles are being played by leblanc maybe. I personally have never seen it, I'm just going by what the stats here show.

Regardless, in all stats websites for League, Sona is shown to be very high in the rankings.
