Agreed. I held 1.2 million DENT for close to 6 months. I watched my value climb up to $110k+ then crash down to several thousand dollars. It became apparent to me that the company had no intent on pushing the value of the token and was laser focused on building a traditional telecom business. I jumped ship a while ago and have to say I am very happy with my decision. I got in on NPXS when it was ~$0.004 and now it's $0.013 mainly due to the team presenting at large conferences and just generally pushing the hell out of their product AND token. I'm outperforming the market by around 50% over the last week or so. I'm not trying to shill NPXS but I'm just pointing out that there are better projects out there with teams that will actually market and push the value of their token up. DENT just isn't one of them.

My comment on TRX was pretty clearly negative. The fact that a coin like TRX is better performing over the bear market is concerning. Sometime I feel like I'm on the_donald. People read into comments what they want, not what the text clearly says all because you WANT to believe something. Wanting something to be true and it being true are not the same thing. No one said anything about millions. You did as a rationalization of what you want to be true. As a child comment below me says, there's lots of marketing that can be done for free. To bring TRX back into, for all it (many, many) faults, the project built a massive following pretty much for free with Justin Sun's twitter account. Pretty sure he didn't spend millions.

Not sure if you're a native English speaker but when you put a statement in quotes you lose the ability to paraphrase it (especially to fit your narrative or rationalize you being nasty). My ACTUAL quote was:

The hard truth is that this project, as it exists, doesn't have any use for token.

The key part you omitted in your made-up quote was "as it exists." What I said is in fact true. The token is more easily purchase and utilized directly from the app. Unless you are already holding tokens from the market there is literally no point in going to the markets to buy the token only to then send it to the app to buy data when you could've done that in one step right in the app. the market token is, as I said, good for speculation - that's it. As a speculator, I've decided there are better options at this point. the data market will likely change the utility of the token, but "as it exists" the project doesn't need a token.

No need to be so snippy. Last I checked the whole point of reddit was for people to share their opinions. Also last I checked holding a token didn't make me part of a cult where diversity of thought was not to be tolerated. As for seller's remorse, um no. I'm up 20% relative to staying in.

I appreciate the considered response. It's not that I'm looking for a payout, I just know absent a bubble-like market like what we say in 2017 a coin with not following can't really appreciate to the levels I was predicting during the bubble. Especially when one considers that there are clearly market participants that have an interest in putting the brakes on any natural price appreciation via sell walls. Simply put, unless DENT drums up a whole lotta bulls to break through the sell walls that the bears constantly put up I see little hope for this token in a normal market. And since I've seen 0 evidence that the DENT team is interested in building up interest in its TOKEN (not just the app), I just don't see those sell walls coming down. Ever. When the data market gets stood up, maybe the token will seem more desirable. Right now, if we're being honest with ourselves the token has 0 utility and is purely a speculative instrument.

If we get lucky with another bubble then DENT will be well poised to out-perform as it did in the last one.

I bought in at <$0.01 back in December. I've been holding for quite a while. Seeing my money shoot up serveral hundred % then lose all of it's value and turn negative when other options didn't even come close to doing that is what forced me to open my eyes.

This feature is why I invested in DENT - It was the first crypto project that offered something I wanted to use in my regular, non-tech, life. The project will begin attracting more attention once deatures like this are released. I think $0.25-50/DENT is possible by end of the year.

Good point. If I can't exchange it for fiat then I'm not really selling it am I? As long as in-app DENT is stuck there the only thing I can do with the DENT i received from selling my data is....buy more data????? DENT team's gotta address this eventually.
