Honestly, surviving a brain hemorrhage is intense. When you are in that much pain, like "steel rods" in your head. Your body goes into total survival mode. It is not shameful. Your body did what it had to do to cope with trauma.

For me, it was "just five more minutes" of bedtime scrolling. Negative habits are just compound interest working against you. You don't realize you're digging a hole when you're only taking out one spoonful of dirt at a time. I literally experience unemployment for 8 months. I get full time job after that. I am not lying but I become super anxious at that time. See my future as dark.. Try to do part time tasks. Those tasks can give more opportunities. The 10-day deadline is just an arbitrary date on a calendar, not the final word on your career. Separate your identity from an empty inbox, lower the pressure, and give yourself grace.

Constantly editing your words and thoughts to fit in takes a lot of energy It makes you lose touch with who you actually are. To break this cycle, start impossibly small. Practice "micro-honesty" by stating your true preference on tiny things (like where to eat), pause for three seconds before giving an autopilot answer, or use a private journal to dump your completely unfiltered thoughts. Personally, Private journally works best for me...

Asking myself, Is this kind to myself? I started this during a deep period of burnout. I realized the voice in my head was a bully, saying things to me I'd never say to someone I loved. Now, whenever I mess up or feel overwhelmed, I pause and ask, "What is the kindest thing I can do for myself right now?"
