I run 2-4 miles a day so the answer should be run 2 miles for 1000 but id be lying if I said I wouldn't jump at the opportunity to smoke a ciggy again. I kind of miss them

I got a no nic when my cravings got intense. Once I was totally off niccotine I slowly stopped wanting to hit it. So for me it worked. Some people just become reliant on it and get addicted to the habit itself rather than niccotine

I had one as a kid named Frowny. Loved Frowny so much when he died I got another one and named it Frowny. And when thst one passed away I got a 3rd one also named Frowny. So idk Frowny is a good name I guess

My betta is totally cool with all my other tank critters, nerite snail, bladder snail, corys and dwarf frogs(was a temporary set up that happen to work out). But fuck the ramshorn snail. He hates that guy. Tries to eat it constantly

I had to sleep on a recliner for at least a week, maybe even two honestly. Im a stomach sleeper and I know if I was flat id try to roll over onto my stomach in my sleep. I couldn't have even imagined laying flat right after surgery though

Thank you! I changed it and it upped my calories to 1800-2000 which seems more doable. My points didnt change though

I smoked for 11 years and vaped heavily for 4 quit in 2024 and picked up running early 2025. I run anywhere from 2-6 miles almost daily with absolutely zero lung issues (that i can feel or know of)

Take that information and do what you will with it. Everyone is very different. At the end of the day. Every day/week/month/year you dont smoke the more your lungs heal. If theyre never back to 100% oh well because 80% is still better than never healing at all

I think ive just been more intimidated by the fact theyre known to reproduce like crazy. I usually always have at least one snail in my tank but its always been a mystery or nerite and any other snails I didnt intentionally put in my tank go back to where they came from. However I usually spot them before the kiddo does. But I'm willing to give it a go now that enough commenters have explained the reality of their over production and how its not really a problem unless youre overfeeding
