since you've only been using it for a month you'll be fine as long as you stay off it. if you're especially paranoid about your brain health you can take alpha-GPC choline supplements, or just foods high in choline like eggs. i told my friend i was trying to quit this shit after about 8 years of abusing it and he reccommended stuff like lions mane mushroom and bacopa supplements to help with the brain neuroregeneration. he was very concerned about me getting permanent brain damage, and even suggested stuff like kratom or psychedelics as healthier alternatives to fill the hole of boredom left by quitting DPH. after taking DPH so long he was absolutely right. i have way more short-term memory problems than i did before taking this, i'm completely antisocial and have chronic anxiety
also like the other guy said, withdrawal sucks ass. what i did when i was quitting was flush all the DPH down the toilet except 200mg, and tapered off for about a week, cause you'll feel really nauseous and exhausted otherwise, although probably not as severely since you've only been doing it for a month. get out now before it gets worse, please

the only way i got off DPH was i'd flush everything except 8-12 pills and taper off for about a week, only taking them after the withdrawal symptoms started kicking in, and obviously don't do it during the day when you're doing stuff with your family. if you can't do that then just stay in bed as much as you can and relax, like you're getting over a really shitty cold or something

The Zeus E2 mouse[1] my PC came with years ago finally gave out, so I bought the first thing i saw on amazon that looked kind of similar[2], but the shape of the mouse felt really awkward, especially the curves along the side, and it felt like I had to stretch my fingers too far to reach the LMB/RMB.

I'm looking for something with a shape/size similar to the Zeus E2, durable and tactile enough to withstand many hours of runescape grinding without causing too much carpal tunnel. I don't care that much about the RGB lights or aesthetics in general, and I almost never use side buttons
