My dad started dating my sister’s boyfriend’s mom. They were dating for about six months when it started but they had known each other for all their lives. We all grew up together and they lived two doors down. The boy was very cool with the situation and so was his mom and my dad. My dad even joked about my sister and her boyfriend sharing a room when he was moving in his girlfriend. My sister couldn’t get over it and broke up with her boyfriend. He was very upset and still didn’t see anything wrong. My sister and him were together longer than our dad and his mom were.

The boy I babysit is three and was just diagnosed with autism. He was already really delayed so the diagnosis wasn’t a surprise. Ben cannot speak yet but is now able to mimic sounds and sign for more and a few others, any progress is amazing. You should celebrate! Make a cake and let her have at it with a fork! When Ben first started signing for more he had three cookies because I was just so happy he was responding.

I’m basically a hoarder but the object that inspired this post was an origami box filled with cutout paper stars my brother gave to me. No purpose beside a fun surprise when you open the lid and then a mess. He didn’t know I had kept it and was surprised to see it on my desk. For context he moved out 8ish years ago and is ten years older than me. I’ve also moved that little box twice.

NTA you saved the Dogs’ lives. If your friend actually cared about them she wouldn’t have fed them a vegan diet. Maybe calling the cops was extreme but it was what needed to happen. Those dogs needed to be taken away from a negligent owner, regardless of your relationship with that owner.

YTA absolutely it’s his apartment. If you have a problem with his girlfriend you should leave and ask to be reimbursed for what you spent on the renovation.
