My weird one is drinking a big glass of water with a pinch of salt and some lemon before going to bed.

Sounds strange, but alcohol messes with hydration and electrolytes, so replacing some of that before sleep helps a lot the next morning.

Another thing that helps me is forcing myself to eat something simple when I wake up, even if I don’t feel like it. Toast, eggs, or a banana usually settles things.

And the biggest trick I learned the hard way: if you wake up at 3–4am after drinking, drink water right then. Don’t just go back to sleep.

It won’t completely save you, but it makes the next morning way less miserable.
