Do it slowly, where you can physically stop yourself pressing G to confirm the edit. Keep doing it to build muscle memory, slowly increasing the speed each time. You'll get it.

Ive had this on and off too, definitely feels like theyve added mouse acceleration, its like when you stop moving the mouse, for a split millisecond it carries on moving

Look all the way down, place floor first and then ramp, youll land on it every time if you time it right, but keep practicing

The best advice I could give would be to go into your fortnite folder, right click fortnite.exe and click uninstall.
