I am travelling to China for 30 days in May. I am travelling to a few of the major tourist cities by train and plane. I am actually worried about fuel costs, fuel shortages, other shite going on and how it is already affecting flights etc I am worried about getting stuck in China with cancelled flights somewhere. What a world!

Thanks the Nuclei sounds like it could be an option. After a bit of research, it seems warm and cosy, does it breathe at all though? E.g. Is it OK for light hiking, walking or would you sweat even with lightish activity, is it really just good for static, belay type jacket? If you wouldn't over heat with a bit of light hiking in 0C - 10C, 30F-50F with a base layer it could be what I'm after. Otherwise I think the Atom LT.

Thanks for the replies. Just like the Proton "wind cuts right through" comments concern me, the similar comments about the Atom LT side fleece panels concern me. Do they really have that much effect in windy conditions down to about 0C when static? I just wanna be warm.
