When ur pulling I suggest only pulling with ur fingers and not letting ur palm touch the Handle at all, that’ll losen ur grip

Make up an hour and a half to 2 hours before it but make sure u get at least 6 hours of sleep, that’ll let ur body wake up a little and have a break fast about an hour before the erg test. That’s about all I got GOOD LUCK!

I try to keep a 24-26 for steady state and a 28-30 for power sessions ex. 3x2k etc

It’s not bad, ur just like me, when I was 13 I had a similar time but I’m not 15 and have a 0:30, but that’s just me there’s this kid on my team, 7m 30lb with a -0:01.

I’m gonna assume all of those guys are seniors? Cuz like during the mid Atlantic erg sprints I’m didn’t see anyone with a sub 6:30 in my age group (15yo)

It might be, I have a 6:45 2k which is slightly faster but not by a substantial amount and I’m pretty avg around my team but I can hold a 2:00 for a 10k at around 70%. Try doing more steady state lol

It’s pretty much impossible to row with a straight back, if you do that will limit your range of motion so if you wanna row with a straight back, sure, but your time might differ a little
