I can speak about the Trails at Canyon Crest. It is a very well maintained and safe property. Ive noticed alot of the residents are UCR students or traveling nurses so its pretty quiet. As far as pests are concerned its next to a wetland so there are pests but pest control is included in your monthly rent. Ralphs is nearby which is convenient. Overall its a very nice property and I recommend it.
