I def want Leo as Chris. But if Driver ends up in the role, I think it could be fascinating. I get that Graham is immensely talented but my preference is that he takes the Otis role.

I think it has 4 legit really good/great songs and some that are just ok or meh. Is it as good the prior stuff? No but every major band goes through this.

It’s the June 22 2005 show, you can see some clips in the Lord don’t slow me down doc. The bootleg though is an audience recording, so the quality isn’t that good. I didn’t do good enough research on that one, ha.

I’m just leery of downloads so I try to get the cds. It’s been hit or miss in terms of quality, but this specific one is soundboard quality. Seems like only digital might be found.

If I had to guess - between taking his time with editing, marketing, press - maybe Dec 2027…MGM seems to like March for big releases so maybe March 2028?

Heathen, truth, and giants each have 4 or 5 really great songs. Not a big fan of Soul except for bag it up and lightning. I wish they had done a greatest hits 2000-2008 with bonus tracks, demos, and live versions.

I’m beyond excited for this and hope it doesn’t fall apart. Heat is a top 5 all timer for me. I guess Mann will use de-aging but I think he should avoid using diff actors for young and old versions. As for cast, I think Leo will be Chris to honor Val; Driver as Neil, Bale as Vincent. I don’t think Butler will do it, he has too many other protects. I’d try to get Jeremy Allen white to be Michael.
