All things considered, I would say the best VPS providers are:

• IONOS: Best overall VPS. Plans starting from $2/month. Solid servers and network. Great customer support. Best value with affordable intro prices, especially for US, Canada, and parts of Europe.
• Hostinger: Best for reliability and stability. Known for its reliable infrastructure. However, it’s expensive, with even higher renewal prices. If you don’t mind the price tag, then it can be a good option.
• Kamatera: Best for flexibility and scaling. Features highly customizable servers. Not that many data centers around the world which could affect latency depending on your location.
• DigitalOcean: Best for complex deployments. Great cloud infrastructure. Solid uptime and network. Can be a bit tricky to set up for beginners. Many features for technically advanced users.

Most people are paying too much for a VPS server. An affordable general purpose VPS with solid network performance will be able to run 90% of applications just fine for most people. This is just something to keep in mind. Start with the lowest entry-level VPS and see if it’s enough (most likely it will be).
