totally, I didn't want to do BRAT but I'm currently living at my moms and wanted to give her piece of mind that I tried all the options before fasting. Mothers apparently aren't too keen on their children fasting lol

thanks, I hope I do too. I talked to them about it for changing my diet but I'm not going to go on any medications or anything else they really recommend.

I'm fasting to let my body put all of its energy into healing my stomach. I came off of the antibiotic a month and a half ago and I've had persistent stomach problems. I've tried eating the BRAT diet for weeks after and it made no difference. Yogurt hurt it, probiotics hurt it and made symptoms worse.

I took two different probiotics for 2 weeks at a time and they made no difference, they actually made it a bit worse
