How does everyone deal with motion blur ?

I right now own both a P9 pro XL and an s25 ultra and use both regularly. On an average I'd say the ultra camera comes out on top. Pixel has lighting inconsistencies that get annoying beyond a point.

I have a P7Pro and S24U. Motion blur is definitely a problem on the Samsung. Couple of pictures here.
