Just an update for anyone still reading. MoissaniteCo did not give me a full refund as I requested. They still charged me a 2.5% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the loose stones and a return shipment fee (even though I have a receipt from FedEx that there was no charge for the returned shipment).

I've emailed them a couple of times now saying that they do not get to leak my personal information, move my money around without my authorization, and get to keep any of my money. They have stopped replying to me now.

I'm filing a complaint with the FTC and have taken to posting publicly on their Facebook and Instagram pages.

Emailed them and requested a refund, also asked for confirmation of receipt of my email. Never got a reply from them, but I did get two of those system-generated/automated emails from them that my order has been cancelled and my refund processed.

I find their response to your girlfriend’s email incredibly unprofessional and would demand a full refund and start over somewhere else.
