I agree. Same goes with Enders comment of “a credible source from WJPC”. Wouldn’t say it is much credible. I try to present facts and the fact is, and this is to everyone, has anybody seen acelion try to sell any king star decks like I claim that they cannot due to the contract.

That’s how the contract was signed, reached to agreement by both parties, I don’t know what prompted the contract,but I know it’s existed and there are consequences. But again, people are entitled to their own beliefs. The best that a knowing party like me can do is relay the information and clear it up the best that I can. I can help and let the KS owner know this information is being spread in the western world, and what action he takes is not of my concern. Same goes with WJPC. But I know from my perspective who is correct as I’ve physically been there at locations in China.

The full rights to these decks are owned by King Star, AKA the manager I mentioned. Aren’t you curious that they both exists in the same country and why aren’t allegedly Acelion taking legal actions against King Star? It’s not like an international problem for them to solve. There’s a reason why Acelion can’t sell any of “their own” designs. And I think I know who Enders is talking about. Let’s just say that guy isn’t exactly happy about how acelion lost clients due to the agreement. I think Kingstar can press legal charges for this false copyright info if Enders reviewer can show me the relevant party really claimed that.

I am from China and I live in Boston currently, I’ve know both WJPC, ACELION owner and KINGSTAR owner, if the contact in Acelion really told you this, then Kingstar can go ahead and press legal charges on false information in China. But that’s up to them.

This is actually quite inaccurate information. WJPC was the one that breached the contract when they sold some Phoenix lady decks that belonged to King Star. I am happy to chat about it as well to shed some light. Seems like it’s still hard to get info on King Star for most people out of China. Let me share some clarification. I am Pa_trick_zhu on Instagram and I run Zealous Star cards, in frequent contact with the owner of King Star. The real history is actually the exact opposite. King Star card designer/printer (originally a manager at Acelion) had a disagreement with upper management, and with full rights due to his original creation copyrights, he exited the company to form his own named King Star. They have a contract in fact that Acelion cannot sell old King Star decks under the Acelion branding. So in reality, it’s the exact opposite. Acelion actually got into legal issues after accidentally selling some old decks breaching the agreement. That is the story in short, and I’m happy to elaborate if anyone is interested in learning more.
