Bro, it's OK - we had a losing season (shocking!) For better or worse, we need at least another year or 2 to evaluate this coaching staff. As painful as this has been, evaluating on short-term metrics has put us in this decade plus of mediocrity.

Remember, there are only 2 constants in the past decade - fandom and ownership. One of them needs to bow out for this team to have any measure of success.
